Probably the worst delivery app in tanzania. Never held accountable for their mistakes, always lying to customers and delays regularly. I used this app for years and finally decided iv had enough. I wouldn't recommend anyone in tanzania to use piki.

I had a terrible experience with this app. I placed an order, and the restaurant accepted it. I waited for over an hour, only to receive a call from Piki saying the food couldn't be delivered due to some reason. Why accept the order in the first place if you can't deliver? Complete waste of time. One star for this app!

I don't recommend the use of piki service. They are extremely slow unless you don't mind a 2hr wait and having cold food
