Hi. I have paid the plus version but the app still shows ads and in the setting it says I am on basic plan. How do I restore the purchase.

Screen DPI was on lowest value (320) so default font was easier to read. That cut off the Share button. Share button didn't rescale based on changed DPI. This was totally on me since it was changed long before updated version of Pictures.

My license was moved to another account, via a seemingly black-holed Play support request. Required a reinstallation. Ty, Pictures, for an OK product. Try forking a "classic" edition, free of further feature dev. You already hit the mark.

As a Plus member, I appreciate everything about this gallery app, however, I could not locate the 'All Videos' one folder. Please consider adding a dedicated folder for all videos.

I can no longer save pictures to a new folder. It says, "Permission needed. Click 'Use this folder.'" When I click, it says, "Allow #Piktures to access files in 1Talon?" (1Talon is the new folder name.) When I click "Allow", it says, "WRONG_ACCESS The folder was not selected. Please try again." I am using an S25 Ultra.

You're a disappointment. You've the gall to suggest to buy a plus version to remove ads, regardless of it's cost when ads provide more money to you then any purchases would. Doesn't matter if it's less than a coffee, I do not drink coffee, why do I need to buy something now for same experience I had before? You fail to provide any meaningful improvements to me and all I see is greed. I do not have auto updates but any new phone or user is stuck with the ad version. Goodbye.

Why is the tag option not working at all. Why can't I tag a person to sort out pictures related to that person. Sd card permission is also not working at all. Time waste app

I used to use this as my main gallery app. I hate the integrated Google photos and how everything tries to force itself online nowadays, so this app was amazing for me. Awhile back they started putting ads in the app. Its garbage now. I was actually seriously considering upgrading and paying for it, but after they put ads all over the place along with the pop-ups im not confident in spending money on it anymore. Do yourself a favor and try a number of other options like aves gallery and ossify.
