Easy to follow, able to Chromecast onto my TV. Enjoy using it as it has so much variation. I can do a longer class if I have time or short ones which are still effective. When my babies were younger I'd have time to do the weekly challenges and certainly noticed a difference. It's helped my core alot postpartum.
