Tried this app, quite easy to start as beginner. Makes me feel aligned and confident in doing that 15 min workout. The BGM is good to proceed with exercises in full swing. Worthy to try. The app has exercise and cool down stretch which helped me a lot.

The app is the most affordable of all exercise apps I have bought. My only complaint is, that I selected knee injury and shoulder injuries, but the auto customize personalized AI generated exercises all contained exercise that were harmful to my knee or shoulders. And even though I selected only standing exercises, I received mixed ones from standing lying down, again standing etc. So it is hard to do, and you have to modify according to ur needs, and will have to skip some exercise overall.

don't download or do a trail run, I canceled free trial run, and any subscription, and they still debited me, they are theives

I have been trying different workout apps. This one has nice music and has the most features, but is otherwise very problematic! It ignored that I said I was new to Pilates and tried to start me on an intermediate plan. I switched to beginner, but it gave me moves that were not for beginners and that were aversive to the injury I told the app I had. Clearly the algorithm does not work and this is not safe, particularly for genuine beginners, especially as it gives no guidance.
