The shower reservation option on the app hasn't worked properly for weeks
★★★★☆Mailon Fuentes· Sep 26, 2026
The app interface is great but needs alot of work on loading the showers because anytime I reserve a shower and leave the app if I try going back in to see my number it won't load at all and is frustrating
★★★★★A Google user· Sep 28, 2026
Always has a problem linking up for mobile fueling and for the in-store offers and for showers the app has a hard time even just getting your receipts and getting your points and a lot of problems with this app since you updated it
★☆☆☆☆Hamza Bahramzi· Sep 17, 2026
Can never reserve a shower from the parking lot. The screen doesn't load until you get close to the store. So what's the point?
★☆☆☆☆James Price· Sep 17, 2026
Absolutely horrible experience now with the Pilot app, impossible to use it to reserve shower the last few weeks. Am I switching my fueling to Love's due to you constantly ruining the app.
★☆☆☆☆KnightKnownasNii· Aug 26, 2026
This app all of a sudden stopped working since the past 2 updates. Never works, takes forever to load, and you can't get the showers to ever work.
