Bad-Nothing Is working. I have to call customer service in order to correct my balance for points/gal after each fill. I've been saying this for the longest now I see other users are finally experiencing this under the same circumstances. The shower status isn't working and is unusable, I can not reserve a shower unless I physically scan my Rewards card inside. Same with the Reserve Prime Parking feature, it is unusable. The points/gal count is not updating after each fuel fill.

This app has gotten a LOT better as of recent. Always works at the pump. Needs a timer for the shower code (10-minute countdown from the time the code is sent). But really good overall.

Since the new update it doesn't think I'm parked at pilot/flying j nor will it load the shower, so I can reserve one in a timely matter. Undoubtedly, you all have some techs that are not capable of writing codes nor computer smart. I can fix the bugs for you all if you don't have the training to do so 🤙🏻 August 14th The app was recently updated and you all still failed to fix the issue with the shower's loading, so we can reserve one in a timely matter. Why fix non-existing errors?

It's the worst app ever. Sick of ringing customer services about it nothing gets fixed pilot is the pits now it's updated its even worse I have to log in every time then use my fingerprint. Hello pilot it's just a fuel app not a government secret I'm accessing. I can't book team showers. If you're going to change the app do something good with it ask drivers what they want. Not let some 18yo sat in a back office decide get a grip
