Very good app in my opinion. Good mapping and Easy to see the area. The mileage updates as you travel, so you know how close you are to the next stop. Bravo to your programmers. Now if management would grant $.10 off each gallon in every state year round that would surprise and delight me! But state tax may affect that call?

I don't know why I gave it 4 stars in 2023? I have the same problem as all the other drivers on here. I don't need to spend more than 15 minutes on this nonsense. The only good thing about pilot is the fuel savings at this point

New update is terrible, showers and fueling options don't work. Also can not access receipt from app. Its says something's wrong, yeah old platform was better.

The new application is awful! I always have to go inside before it will register that I'm at a pilot/ flying j location. Really frustrating when I'm parked and want to reserve a shower from my truck. Even on the fuel island I have to go inside to get the ap to let me set my pump up from my phone! Completely defeats the purpose of having the app at all!
