The staff have always been very helpful at the Dothan, AL Pinch A Penny. They have always had what I needed. They tested my water and found the problem and told me what to do to fix it!

★★★★☆ Bradford Youngkin · Jul 5, 2025

Decent. You should be giving the option to interactual values as opposed to using a slider which has gaps in numbers. For example, total hardness is only selectable via 25 increments.

★☆☆☆☆ Ed Etchells · Feb 27, 2025

Stopped working...can not log in The app used to work great. I was able to see past test results, etc. I can no longer login. When I go to the web login, it wants me to verify my cell but when I attempt to send the text, it says "could not request verification". The store has tried to help but have had no luck. There is no corporate customer service numbers. This has been an ongoing issue for 6 months to a year.

I've tried to download this app 7 or 8 times on two different phones, and it does not download. Additionally, I left it to download over 1 hour, and it didn't get past 22%. I have one gig download via comcast. I did an Okla test for speed and during the times of downloading I had between 600 and 750mb. Plenty to get this job done. What good is buying test strips, with an app that helps you read it, if you can't download the app. Hello!

★★☆☆☆ m blaine · Feb 7, 2026

FRUSTRATING good when it works but more times than not it forgets my username and password...and acts as if I don't have an account. When I give in and try to register a new account the app says I already have an account. FRUSTRATING
