I find a Pinnacle Bank website easy to use. It's very user-friendly. I have banked with Pinnacle Bank for a number of years and find the in-person banking AND the online banking to be superior and easy to use.

You can't do anything on this app or their website for that matter. I have attempted to use Belle and there is no way to do that through the app. This bank desperately needs to improve their online services because they SUCK horribly

Overall bad experience Changes your password every once in a while forcing you to reset it. Had to call to get my shut off account completely removed from the system because for some reason it didn't do that already. It was preventing me from making a new one. It sent me a text today to confirm it was me purchasing something. I said yes, and it said I could continue using my card. I tried purchasing something on Steam after, and it declined, basically lying to me. I have to call someone again.

I can't ever seem to log in or use biometrics. I have to constantly attempt to change my password. Even though I know it's correct it still says my information is incorrect. It's frustrating not being able to figure out your balance or anything because you can't even log in. Very inconvenient.
