It is a mind and word game where the guesser needs to hold the phone on the forehead and guess the word being flashed on screen. This should be played by pair. First is the guesser and and the other one will give 3-short answers, it can be (1) Yes / OO (2) No / HINDI or (3) Maybe / Can Be / PWEDE.

Quick Play - A random word will come from set of Pinoy Henyo words. This is the quickest way to play Pinoy Henyo.
Custom Word Play - The player can customize the word to be guessed and select a guessing time.
Super Pinoy Henyo - A random word that are considered difficult to guess on Pinoy Henyo will be shown on screen.
