Great for learning Chinese Straightforward app that let's use annotate any Chinese text with pinyin and optionally check the translation of any word. Very useful for Chinese learning.

One of the most useful apps, just cut and paste the Chinese texts, and you'll get the Pinyin, so I can both read and understand what my colleagues are texting to me. The app may look plain, but it is functional and so easy to use that I use it almost every day!

A bug The best app for reading Chinese, it should be more popular. It would be even better if you added left and right buttons like in Pleco. There is a bug when you get to the next page load, it goes back to the previous page load, I would like that fixed.

I want this! Unfortunately I'm not going to pay for it because it crashes easily in basic version, and I don't know if premium version has that and possibly many more bugs. Hasn't been updated since 2023. If you choose traditional, pleco colors and write "now" in mandarin in both simplified and traditional then it crashes. I didn't look into it further which parts are enough to cause the crash. I saw many missing characters as well. Seems best to not mix Original with colors. No black theme. Ads.
