Very good overall. Be better if you could click into a person, do whatever, and return to where you were in the People list without having to scroll all the way down each time. Great you can log phone calls, updated to the main Pipedrive. Great to be able to update almost everything through a phone app. Could do with a simple business card scanner to help with adding contacts.

Very bad UI and UX in mobile application. Any time running features stopped working l. Like today, I experienced that some changes are made while changing item owner in deals. Because of that now I can't change deal's owner. Application is not stable and needs lots of improvements. It should be smooth like we are using from web browser. Proper QA is also required for the integration testing. Overall products are good if you will use from web browser but application is the worst.

Pipedrive lost over 6 years worth of my client data 😡. This data included likes, dislikes, kids' and spouse' names, and all manner of information that are invaluable to business relationships. I have in writing that they are responsible, but they claim that as other functions were working, all they are willing to do is refund me HALF of one year worth of my subscription. Being a CRM, I reminded them that their ONE job is to safeguard my clients' data.

If it was possible to give negative stars I would give about 400000 negative stars. From the service to the app to the support. It's just rubbish. Doesn't work at all.

This company sucks do not use it. They make it a ridiculously tedious process to cancel account hoping you will give up and get stuck being billed for another month. A confident company, like zoho or Mailchimp crm, would not do that. They give the runaround and when you insist they send a message saying due to high volume response will take longer keep window open. Then they don't respond hoping you will close window and be forced to start over. Use zoho Begin. Better features better support.
