I have been using this app for years suddenly I did verification and was asked to make a deposit after copying the address and send fund till date I did not get my money and the address copied when pasted a different address appeared and till date my fund is trapped in an address I don't know where it came from and was not recovered till date. Though this app is still ok.

I like using this app, but the perps section sometimes just doesn't load at all. It'll just be a black screen, resulting in me restarting the app like 5 times. I feel like this is a serious problem because if I am shorting Bitcoin, I wouldn't even be able to get out fast if the price starts to go back up, resulting in a possible position liquidation.

Blockchain is my first known crypto since 2018, even before they start allowing Nigeria local trading, I want you update the system more put more features make it bigger, but the problem I have is that app is too expensive now, you can't withdraw less than 7000 naira, at least give people opportunities to buy and withdraw freely without massive charges and taxes and fees imagine you can't withdraw 1000 naira, you can only withdraw above 7000 plus, with the massive charges and taxes fee

When you transfer money from you main wallet into trading wallet, transferring back to your wallet is annoying, they will just put the money on pending for several months.

You've hijacked access to my Bitcoin. This is unconscionable you are a disreputable entity! Your app states I've held Bitcoin since 2010, that's when you stole my access! I've had Bitcoin since about 2012. NOW my biometric log on is accepted yet doesn't log in. FIX YOUR APP!!!

AVOID THIS APP! Your crypto goes in, but you cannot get it out. And their "support" is useless! I submitted a complaint. Ticket Number: 6807501 But their response I can only describe in words I cannot post here! ORIGINAL POST: I have a crypto called GPT-SOVITS that I cannot send or swap. It says I don't have enough BASEETH for the fee. But no such crypto shows up.

I have been waiting for more than 24 hours for my Ethereum withdrawal. I paid for the Ethereum using my debit card they gladly accepted that money. I don't understand why I have to wait this long for the withdrawal process to happen when they already took my money. This is bogus go elsewhere I cannot stress that enough. All support will do is say they're going to notify the relevant team. And then you end up waiting. BOGUS, GO ELSEWHERE.
