Gets the job done Yes, it has a few shortcomings; you can't view photos in the gallery, can't assign tags when uploading, you can't select multiple images to upload from the gallery, and the app doesn't allow for page resizing. However, it does allow for fairly simple uploading. Certainly saves time and hassle of saving to my local machine and then uploading to my gallery. I will certainly use this app. Thanks!

easy and immediate Perfect for a basic "upload to Piwigo" application. The user interface is as simple as it can be, just select your photos and tap the upload button.

The app throws errors immediately upon opening. The initial text is too small to read, and the screen cannot be resized by pinching. Even when the requested information is supplied, the app complains that there is no internet connection even when there is. This is completely unusable.

Was probably okay for its time... ...However 4 years on (with no update), this app is effectively not really usable anymore. I can log on (albeit after being presented with a number of debug messages) and create "new" albums, but no apparent working way to upload or add photos to albums.

Doesn't work, tested with Piwigo 2.4.6 I installed Piwigo instead of Gallery2/3 since I liked the idea of being able to upload pictures from whatever device I had handy. But to my dismay it doesn't work. I fill out the fields (btw, using HTML as UI is not a good experience on a small display) and I try to connect. After a few unsuccessful tries (resulting in all kinds of random HTTP errors, 404, 500, etc) it finally says "200 OK, unsuccessful" ... And that's it, no indication of why a 200 OK would be unsuccessful. After this I uninstalled it and then installed the app for iOS on my iPad (usually iOS versions are more polished or developed, sorry google). To my surprise the app looks just as horrible (HTML interface, little info) and gives the same error. So while I give kudos for sticking to the same UI on both platforms, it's also utterly useless. I tested the app against latest (at the time) official software, Piwigo 2.4.6 running on Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS. Guess my hunt for a webbased gallery with a good iOS/Android client continues...
