I've been playing this game for a few days and decided to sink money into it which is how I found something super scammy. There is a susanoo event going on that requires money and one of the buttons in this event takes you to an entirely unrelated battle pass. This gives the impression that the screen the button took you too would be the correct thing to purchase, but it's not. Its completely separate and the "customer service" feature just tries to railroad you into thinking it's totally normal.
