Hi, I need to be able to use the 'Standalone' feature of the Pixel app, but it is not available/button is inactive. This feature used to work great...how do I gain access to the Standalone filming option without robot?

I had problems, but it was my Samsung smartphone update that messed it up. MOVE'N SEE rapidly published a fix. Their Customer Service is exceptional, much better than anyone else. I filmed with my horse today, and it was easy! I did find that I needed the full screen setting on my phone video mode, otherwise I didn't get the full horse. Now that the weather is not below freezing anymore, I'll use it more. This is a great investment.

Why does this not work without the robot like the iPhone app does???? I'd be happy to pay for it, but the robot is too temperamental, and I have a person who is willing to film. I see the button for "standalone" but it is grayed out, and cannot click it.

Looks Cool, but doesn't connect to my robot camera. I see in the comments to update to the latest version, but it is, and still it won't connect.

I am having the same issue as someone below - the robot works great but the app keeps dropping when I try to call my coach on the live lesson platform. She can receive the call, but then it drops in a few seconds. Have tried multiple phones/tablets, so I believe it is the app. The robot always works with whatever we pair it with and does a great job following and recording, but I bought it primarily to take lessons, and I can't use it for that. :(

I was loving this App and my Pixel, but after the latest update, all of my videos are not a recognized format on any of my devices, Samsung S20 Ultra 5G or my LG G8 ThinQ. I was using this app to track and record myself for my company and my YouTube channel, and now it makes the videos unusable on any of my editing platforms. Which is very sad because the Pixel that I have is an amazing device, but now it is a paper weight since I can't use the video it records now. I am very disappointed now.
