I bought this as a gift for my son, and it refuses to let me scan any games or assets claiming it "encounters an error". I have uninstalled, reinstalled, forced stop, checked permission, cleared cache and data, logged out, logged in, made sure nothing else was running in the background, nothing works. I'm very frustrated as I got the physical box(pixicade+) and did not receive the bonus coins either. The game still works if you draw in app but im overall disappointed and feel like I wasted my money.
