I started using Pixiv more since I was having issues with X/Twitter, and I still need to brush up on my Japanese, but the website has suppressed AI options, which Twitter doesn't have as far as I'm aware of, so Pixiv is just more relaxing and better for art. So far, so good. I recommend trying out this app. The art is lovely!💗

This app is very useless. I can't open links or art from the browser to the app, and there's no dm feature in the app, unlike the web version. Sometimes the pic or vid loads slower, and it's full of ads. The web version is better

In general, for the web version and the mobile app, a lot of quality of life stuff is locked behind premium. Specifically for the app, adding tags onto a bookmark is always cut short, and you don't see the full list of bookmark tags, so you have to manually put in the tag. There is no multi-selection to tag multiple bookmarks. And you can't filter by tags on the works of other people Edit: I will be using the app, and then I am redirected to a malicious webpage, saying that I have a virus
