Please add feature for updating new Passport for foreigners that currently reside abroad, which can use NFC to verify the new passport. It's not efficient having to send you apostilled mail of the document when it can be done digitally.

User-friendly, except for certain features and messages are still in Polish even after setting the language to English. Every notification or messages for example are in Polish. Online supports are in Polish

The Erse app is very poor. It's not working at midnight onwards before morning. Santander is way more accessible even at midnight onwards.

The onboarding experience is absolute trash. Cannot activate app (says its activated but cannot access because of error), app presents itself as bzwbk24, password in zip which cannot be opened on mobile.

Country of origin choice. How can you provide your country of birth or citizenship while in the country lost options there are countries missing for example Rwanda? Can you please correct that
