I like this app. Others placard apps don't have many options for the colors. This one can customize the font color and background color.

Was looking at similar signage/message apps and not finding what I wanted, so I imagined creating my own app and calling it Placard. Then searched for that name just in case, and it already existed. Nice app, simple and straightforward. Couple of tweaks I'd like, but if you're just wanting big plain text and/or emojis on screen, and keeping a library of saved signs, then this is worth a shot.
