Can't edit logos - I press the button and nothing happens. I'll just use the desktop service. Edit: Apparently the Devs are working on a fix and restarting the app makes it work for now. I'm still happy with this service as they helped me make a bunch of logos for my hockey league. Thanks for the fast response.

I had email issues and was finally able to cancel subscription after 3 months of no use was able to cancel the day they charged me and said they couldn't issue a refund like any other app subscription would have been able to. UPDATE: After some discussion they made good on the situation, and I am more than happy with the outcome.

Been using the service for a couple of years, cancelling this year though due to limited product mockup videos, mostly t-shirts, not much new content being added. Will be moving to another provider.

It's a bad app. Photos don't upload. Once they do, and I manage to create a mockup, it takes 20 attempts before download can happen. Yesterday, I got so frustrated after two hours of trying to create one mockup, that I cancelled the subscription with more than 8 months left. Then I find out that this app does not refund for remaining time!!! All in all.... DO NOT SUBSCRIBE.

FRAUD ALERT!!!! I had to download the app, just to notify Placate they have made an unauthorized charge to my account for $89.99 for services that I didn't request nor approve! My bank has been notified...

can't even login. Username, password or social account nothing works. But I can log in from my computer. Not really convenient for design mockups on the go.

Horrible app doesn't allow you to create actual mock-ups are off-centered and never in the correct position they don't download you come off better using the website the app is trash right now
