Pladay: To Do List & Planner

To-dos, reminders, recurring tasks and sync are free forever.

Pladay is a to-do list, day planner and life log in one local-first app. Write it the way you'd say it — Pladay turns it into a plan you can actually finish.

■ Type it the way you say it
"Dentist tomorrow 3pm #health !!" becomes a task with date, time, tag and priority. Natural-language input in 12 languages, recurring tasks, reminders and subtasks.

■ Just 3 for today
Focus Plan fits your most important tasks into the hours you really have. Today, Upcoming, Calendar, Kanban boards, Eisenhower matrix, time-blocking timeline, Pomodoro focus timer, habits and a weekly review.

■ Works offline
No account needed to start. Without a connection, changes are saved on your device and sync when you're back online. Sign in to sync across phone, tablet, PC and the web.

■ Life log — switch on only what you need
70+ modules and 100+ trackers, all in a module hub with categories, starter packs and personal suggestions. Budget, subscriptions, bills and debt payoff; meals, weekly meal plan, pantry and expiry dates; water, steps, sleep, workouts and medication; diary, mood, reading and routines; class timetable and assignments, job applications; plants, pets, home, car, anniversaries, shopping, travel, parties and events, watchlist, home inventory with receipts, and more.

■ Modules that connect to your to-dos
Appliance warranties and car maintenance turn into to-dos; pets get vaccine and food-restock reminders; subscriptions warn you before a free trial ends; travel bookings create departure and check-in reminders and convert currencies; anniversaries come with prep to-dos and a gift budget; shopping lists get a budget, and reading shows how many pages a day you need to finish on time.

■ Family sharing
Share lists and to-dos with up to 6 family members, assign who does what and see changes as they happen. Creating a family needs Pro; joining is free.

■ Notes and ideas
Markdown notes, checklists, [[wiki links]] with backlinks, idea board, whiteboard and voice memos.

■ Private by design
Local-first: your data lives on your device first. Sensitive records (cycle, intimacy, medical, plus the document vault, quit tracker and emergency info) stay on this device by default and are never uploaded or used for AI without your explicit consent. Export (JSON, CSV, Markdown) or delete your account at any time in Settings.

■ Secure vault and PDF archive
Keep files, passwords and private notes in an end-to-end encrypted vault that opens only with your 6-digit PIN (Pro). Turn notes, to-dos, records and boards into PDFs right on your device, then search, download or share them.

■ AI when you want it
Turn a brain dump into tasks, break big tasks into steps, get a daily briefing and note summaries. The free plan includes a daily AI allowance, and you can also use on-device AI or your own API key.

■ Pladay Pro (optional subscription)
More AI every day plus the AI assistant, a family group of up to 6 people, more storage for photos, voice and video, advanced stats (pattern discovery, long-term trends) and no sponsored cards.

App languages: English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Russian, Vietnamese and Thai.

Pladay is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or treatment. The budget, bills and debt payoff modules are personal records only; Pladay offers no banking, payment, lending or investment services.
