It's a little more convenient, because it works, one of the things I like about it, is if the machine is broken to upload the card you don't have to Wait until maintenance comes to fix it, but it works for now

My experience was horrible! The app charged my card took the money and then gave me an error message. But of course there was no error with taking the money from my account. Just really not happy that the only way I can do my laundry is with a broken app. I should just be able to control my own money and laundry and add what I want when I want. Not wait 3 days to do my laundry or get a response from customer service. Because, they stole my money and I have to wait to see if it can be refunded...
