Planazo: Party Planner

Tell it how many guests and how many hours: Planazo works out how much to buy in drinks, food and ice, builds a dated checklist and splits the costs among friends.

Free. No ads. No purchases. No sign-up. Everything stays on your phone.

HOW MUCH TO BUY
Birthday, barbecue, dinner, house party, kids' party or any other event. Enter adults, kids, hours, hot weather and the share of guests who don't drink alcohol. There is an alcohol-free mode, and the kids' party never includes alcoholic drinks. Soft drinks, juice, alcohol-free beer and water are part of every calculation.

APPETIZERS OR A TAPAS DINNER
They are not the same: appetizers are 6–8 pieces per person, a tapas-style dinner 12–15. Planazo reminds you so the food doesn't run short.

ICE, ALWAYS ON THE LIST
1 kg per adult and half per child, 50% more when it's hot.

EVERYTHING IS EDITABLE
Adjust any quantity by hand: you know your guests. If you change the guest count later, your edits are kept. Add your own items or remove what you don't need.

ESTIMATED BUDGET
Total and cost per person, by block (drinks, ice, food and tableware), with supermarket prices you can edit.

SHOPPING LIST
Big checkboxes for one-handed use in the store. Items in the trolley move to the bottom. Send the list as text to whoever does the shopping.

CHECKLIST WITH DEADLINES
Tasks for one week before, three days before, the day before and the big day, dated for your event. Today's tasks show up on the home screen. Add or edit your own.

SPANISH-STYLE SCHEDULE
Templates for dinner, party, barbecue, birthday, kids' party, New Year's Eve and San Juan. Adjust every moment, from arrival to after-dinner chat.

SPLIT THE COSTS
Enter what each person paid and see who owes whom, with the fewest possible transfers. The app never moves money.

MY EVENTS
Automatic drafts, duplicate last year's event, archive of past events, notes on what ran out and what was left over, event summary as text and add to calendar.

REAL PRIVACY
No accounts, no ads, no analytics and no permissions. Your events are stored only on your phone.

Calculations are based on standard Spanish portions and are always editable. No artificial intelligence: clear formulas you control.

Planazo is a planning tool, intended for adults (18+). The app is in Spanish.
