All the bad reviews are either from A: People didn't take the time to properly set up their device (It depends greatly on what phone you use, power saving, background data, ect) or B: They didn't do any research and just jumped on board and didn't realize the device (awair element) they are trying to set up doesn't work at the app, and it was never going too, this app is for ATMOTUBE PRO only, this was all documented and put in the open when PW confirmed the Awair element was the next piece of hardware they would be using. Or C: failed to follow the very basic guides the PW has provided. 99.9% of app users get it working after troubleshooting.

Ever since updating app, my device disconnects all the time. There's no worse feeling than seeing your service was not receiving rewards for hours. I'm disappointed, they should have known this type of traffic was going to happen on a fast-growing project.

Doesn't have the option to enable background location access. As a result, you have to open the app to mine PLANETS. This is super inconvenient and the rewards are no where close to advertise.

So far the apps useless for me. I'm not able to connect my device following the instructions posted. The app is updated but isn't as suggested. Have waited months for this, and now I'm finally ok to connect my awair and the app isn't functional. Very disappointing!
