Paid for this app. After a week, I canceled the subscription, deleted the app. It couldn't identify basic plants, or help identify plant issues. Wish I could get a refund. Don't waste your money or time.

I was very hopeful that this app could help me with my garden. It misidentified my two varieties of green and yellow squash as pumpkins despite green and yellow squash visible in the photo. It also failed to suggest care for several plants with obvious diseased leaves. How do I request a refund? I paid for it today because when I came back to it on day 8, after a one-week free trial (which I was never notified would go to the paid app), I couldn't get into the app and had to pay.

Hopefully someone can help me with how to cancel. Have tried many ways but nothing works. I have been charged $16.99 per week (yes per week) for many months and have not used the app at all.
