Almost always accurate identification of plants including the Fanboy kingdom of the Western Cape. A really useful identification app for gardeners and horticulturalists and response time is quick.

Wrong plant identification with 1st use. Not going to try free or lifetime subscription. I can google and get better results for free

I was very hopeful that this app could help me with my garden. It misidentified my two varieties of green and yellow squash as pumpkins despite green and yellow squash visible in the photo. It also failed to suggest care for several plants with obvious diseased leaves. How do I request a refund? I paid for it today because when I came back to it on day 8, after a one-week free trial (which I was never notified would go to the paid app), I couldn't get into the app and had to pay.
