★★★★★ I spoke with corey about my transaction😤 wasn't able to progress by my bank account and I had to reach out to eplata as well with guy named Corey that work in customer service which is amazing he was very caring and concern🤔 he helps me out with my situation of my transaction being progress and let's say I was a happy customer by 12 a.m.🤳🤑😌

★★☆☆☆ Well, aside from its lack of compatibility with 3rd parties (can't even pay my car loan), the customer service is hit or miss - when you get them they're great, but if you don't then you're screwed. I lost my debit card, and you can't cancel it on the app and customer service keeps going to voicemail. I left a "MESSAGE" 2 days ago and nothing!!! I can't transfer my money to PayPal or anything from the app, so I'm totally screwed!!!!!! OH & your card gets locked if you try to use it back to back.

★★☆☆☆ Can't reset password. Link sent to reset never works.

★★☆☆☆ The problem is not with the app, but the card service is the worst holds up my money from time to time.

★★☆☆☆ It does not allow me to add other bank accounts. I just want to move my money!
