SLOW RESPOND/NEVER GOT RESPOND !!! EDIT UDAH DI RESPON sukses register tapi tidak menerima notifikasi sms password, waktu coba register ulang katanya nomor sudah terregister dan waktu menggunakan menu forgot password katanya "We just sent sms with password reset instruction, to +62857******91" tapi tetap saja tidak ada sms yang masuk, nyoba ulang forgot password tetap aja sama, padahal tiap beli tiket selalu pakai nomor itu dan kata pegawai point berhasil bertambah. Waktu coba feed back dari website platinum juga tidak terproses. Ini platinum serius apa tidak sama pelayanan konsumen????? EDIT : Habis ngirim komplain soal trouble lgsg ke developer urbanpaper, lgsg dapat balasan n dibantu langsung lwt backend app jd udah bs log in. Thanks urbanpaper SARAN U/ USER : Yang dpt trouble saperti saya jangan komplain ke admin platinum cineplex indonesia soalnya ga direspon, nyoba komplain lwt feed back web platinumcineplex.co.id ga berhasil, mending komplain lgsg ke developer "urbanpaper" biasanya cepat dapat respon n bakal dibantu nyelesaikan trouble.
