What a waste of money Couldn't open the app. App says "ERROR" couldn't load app content.

The app read "compatible with all your devices. My Galaxy TAB disagrees. I get either the LOADING screen frozen forever. Or an error that reads: "Could not load app content: java.lang.NullPointerException: Attempt to invoke virtual method 'intjava.io,InputStream.read(byte[])' on a null object reference. Can I either get a fix (preferred) or a refund. I was excited about this app for my kindergarteners. But I can neither use it nor recommend it as is. Thanks

Dissapointing. Should be free. Very slow to start up and not much to do. 1 star for being overpriced and the slow startup w/ limited options. I wouldnt have bought it had I known.
