I just downloaded the app, and it keeps giving me an error, and I cannot see any of my daughter's team info.

Every time I open it after 3 minutes of using it it kicks me out, and it won't let me open it back up. I have to delete it and download it back again. A when I do it and open it again same thing happens used it for less then a week n had to download it already about 5 times

Absolutely awful, and poor tech support. Because my ex-wife's email address was the first one entered for my daughter, I have to get an access code from her to log in. When I do, there's no option to say "I'm a parent," just "I'm an athlete," so I can't get any of the messages for parents. When I try to open the message with tournament tickets in it, the app crashes. I've notified tech support, and no response. This app is pathetic. A group text would be more effective for team communication.
