Love that I can watch my child grow and learn with peers while I work. Calms my mom heart to see photos of him enjoying himself with his peers. Also love the safety of seeing who is signing him and out of school. So helpful to send a quick message to teachers and also be able to connect with other parents as well.

We were previously on Bright wheel and the apps are day and night. Videos lack a time bar or zoom. Photos snap back to unzoomed. There is no parent directory. Signin/sign out is frustrating and often doesn't go through. The signature is pointless. Who is actually signing and what are staff comparing it against? Messages and child updates are in the same list so important things get buried. Also, they charge you $ no matter how you pay bills, even by ACH.

The interaction isn't as intuitive as with Bright wheel. My bank advised me to NEVER give out my login information and password to ANYONE! Surrending complete control of your bank account is the only way to avoid ridiculous fees. I'll pay the extra almost $20 a month to preserve security because I'm not being given an option. DEVELOPERS-FIX THIS. GIVE US A SERVICE THAT ONLY REQUIRES THE ACCOUNT NUMBER AND ROUTING NUMBER LIKE EVERY OTHER BILL PAY SERVICE.

This app is horrible. Horrible. Horrible. You can't send messages or make payments to the childcare, you either have to clear cache, clear data, or disable and enable, and it takes so long for a login. I do not recommend. A very horrible app

This app payment processing is set up and running in an illegal way in Indiana. They charge 3.09% +30 cents processing fees at my daycare that is set up to be a non-profit. When making a payment in the app in indiana its suppose to differentiate between debit and credit and be no fees for debit. However since it does not its defaulted to automatically take the higher fee which in Indiana is illegal 🤔

They try and charge you a surcharge for using your debit card. Even though the Durbin Amendment makes it illegal in all 50 states to do so.
