Fee is 1% of the booking fee I think it's an exchange fee sometimes. The credit card was saved but still ask me to key in every single time. How ridiculous! I deleted and keyed in again like 3 times, but it happened. It's like this in the past 6 months :(

I have been using this application for quite some time until a recent event. I booked a padel court through playtomic in Dubai Jumeirah. When we reached at the venue it was inside a school and school was closed. The Guard refused to open the school gate due to the circular from KHDA(Education ministry). We tried contacting the host but the numbers were switched off and there was no email even to reach out to the Host. Playtomic has not taken prompt action and l believe I lose my money.

The app works well for booking most games, but I really dislike the experience when booking a casual open match. The level slider is frustrating to use and makes it difficult to select the correct level accurately. Would it be possible to replace it with a simple typed input field instead? Also, when booking a competitive match, the range starts correctly at 0.25 below my level, but the upper limit is capped at 7. For example, my available range is 2.46–7.00. This seems excessive.

Pickleball is in the title, but this is not for pickleball players. You can't even select pickleball as your sport, it's padel or tennis only. $60/year for a subscription, but the stuff locked behind the paywall isn't costing them anything. That means they are just gouging.

This app uses an absolutely useless chatbot. Problem still not fixed with no email address or national office to call. If an incorrect payment goes off your account it's too bad... Where are the human beings a person can at least email after the chatbots' useless attempts. Stop outsourcing everything to AI. Lastly the ranking system does not take into consideration various factors e.g. any formal competitions like Americano's, leading to incorrectly ranked players.
