Difficult to register and use. Couldn't find my card n was told to download app again on my new phone. How to register my account again on the app if I don't have the number on the card?

Stupid. I had to install the app on a new phone. But now have to type in the PLC, that's on the back of the physical card. How in the world would you keep the physical card if you have the app, and then not enable your users to login in the app without the physical card. What's happening with the minds of these people? There is no way to login without the PLC. Really Pet lover center? Make it hard for your already fed up customers?
