I was worried to download this app due to the reviews but figured it was the only way to be able to use my VIP speedy passes. Read previously the app didn't work properly and made people's day harder. I found the app worked perfectly and actually made the day easier. I would say that a new feature is added to the app just to make it 100% better. It would be amazing if the app had a photo of all the rides with the exact location that the speedy pass queues are. Handy for first timers. 👌

Good for the tickets etc. But there NEEDS to be a map and the queue times aren't accurate (big one stayed at 25 mins all day but both times I went on it was 70+)

Absolute shambles much like the park - If I've paid to get in and had my ticket scanned, and you no longer allow free spectators, why on earth am I having to scan my ticket at each and every ride!?! And why do I have to upload the details and photographs of my children to claim my e-tickets, surely this is a safeguarding risk and totally unnecessary. The app crashes and doesn't accept the pictures or details uploaded. Queue times are wildly inaccurate - sort it out BPB!

Absolutely awful experience. Need to register the tickets sure, but why do I have to take a picture of ourselves for each person's ticket. On top of that, you upload a selfie and the app crashes, closes and when you go back onto it nothing has saved, and you just get stuck doing the same thing. Fix the app, stop using it or give us etickets via email instead. Make your systems work or don't use them at all. Morons.

Highly inaccurate app. Tells you rides are closed when I'm standing in front of them, clearly open. Tells you a queue is 30 mins when it's zero, and tells you it's 10 mins when it's more like 30. Doesn't have a map built in, and certainly not one with GPS tracking to help you get around. Slow to raise ticket QR codes. You're best to screenshot them rather than use the app. I guess it did help us purchase a "Speedy One" pass to bypass one particularly long queue, but otherwise this was useless.
