Comments on Pleasure Beach Resort for Android

★★★★☆ Dominic McDonagh · Aug 16, 2023

Good for ride times and e tickets. Would recommend if planning to visit the park.

★★★★★ Shelley · Jul 16, 2025

I was worried to download this app due to the reviews but figured it was the only way to be able to use my VIP speedy passes. Read previously the app didn't work properly and made people's day harder. I found the app worked perfectly and actually made the day easier. I would say that a new feature is added to the app just to make it 100% better. It would be amazing if the app had a photo of all the rides with the exact location that the speedy pass queues are. Handy for first timers. 👌

★☆☆☆☆ James O'haire · Aug 23, 2025

Could not but speedy passes for anything. Followed instructions online and in app. Completely ruined our day. Speedy passes should be available to all if running a priority system. Joke of a place now. Most of the park is completely run down, no maintaining to areas around rides. Priority system is a joke if most people cannot access the passes clearly advertised everywhere

Just bought tickets and made an account. App does not recognize my email address or password - they're on the screen on my laptop on the Pleasure Beach website. I do hope there's no issue when I turn up at the gate. As others have said - just send a barcode!

★☆☆☆☆ Matt Housley · Nov 29, 2024

Absolute shambles much like the park - If I've paid to get in and had my ticket scanned, and you no longer allow free spectators, why on earth am I having to scan my ticket at each and every ride!?! And why do I have to upload the details and photographs of my children to claim my e-tickets, surely this is a safeguarding risk and totally unnecessary. The app crashes and doesn't accept the pictures or details uploaded. Queue times are wildly inaccurate - sort it out BPB!
