Cool apps, wider choices of US stocks. Now also allow you to trade not just US stocks and crypto but also IDX stocks with the integration with Bank Jago RDN. It's just the whole thing is tad bit confusing. Your IDR balance is split into 3,IDR Crypto, IDR cash and RDN. The RDN only allow you to buy IDX stocks and while there's the button of "transfer" It's not currently available. If you want to buy US stocks, you still need to top up the old way, not through the new Jago RDN.

This is center of indonesia investment app I know for 2-year-old, placing crypto and us stock in this app is good. But the application is need stability and upgrade its infrastructure to stand against political changer. There some bad systemic experience I get when using this app likely due to extended relationship with weak public relation handle.

And the one I used to send does not have a.) Open order freezes when doing high traffic transactions, can't cancel can't amend. Update 06/12, my market sell orders just stuck while still in market time for 25+ mins and just cost me my position. Can't cancel can't amend.

Honestly really disappointed in Pluang. So difficult to do just a simple top-up. Tried to top-up, already used the same name in my bank account, same nominal. Still can't get through. When you want to do simple transfers you need to transfer in a unique number, and btw this number is random. For example, I want to top up 800k. It will give you a random number like 890.183. That's basically 900k. So stupid. Tried calling CS, it's literally AI that can't help you. Honestly I'm really disappointed.

I was unable to verify my signature after multiple attempts and as such cannot trade in IDX. Customer service was responsive for the first inquiry but stopped responding afterward. My signature is my signature. I might not write it exactly the same each time, but I'm human you know? Have better support for your edge cases. I've pulled my money out till you resolve this.
