When I can log in it's a helpful app, but too often I cannot log in due to errors, timeouts, or its belief that I have entered my password incorrectly (despite using a password manager and being able to log in with the same password at other times or in my desktop browser).

Garbage app. Every time I attempt to log in, it doesn't recognize my username or password. Resetting my password doesn't work either. I've reset my password numerous times, uninstalled then reinstalled the app, and it still won't work. Back to the Plus Portals' browser I guess!

No matter what I do it will not let me log in. Uninstall, reinstall, change my password, nothing works. All that happens is I enter my information, click "login" and it spins for a second then stops. That's it. VERY frustrating that the old app is going away!!! Please keep the old app until you fix this one! I use a Samsung Galaxy S25 - not an old phone. Thank you!

This app is trash. Like most other users report, I cannot log in using valid credentials. Dev's: are you even doing anything to fix this?
