This is a scam. I was never able to retrieve any of my cashback in PLU bc either the mechanism was blocked or the transaction fees were super high. Then you couldn't even pay out without paying a subscription fee and now my account is "under review" and can't be accessed at all. I'm glad I never spent money on this because I think I will never receive my PLU. Just look at their reddit for more experiences like this

Whilst I understand the need to become sustainable, the original Plautus was much simpler and much better value. Recent changes make the value proposition difficult to determine. Still waiting 8 months later for a replacement card to the one Plautus stopped in January! Be careful of the chatroom support as they don't take kindly to sarcasm when you point out a flaw in the logic of the organization or the admins, and will block you despite Plautus recommendation to use the facility for support.
