Shows up as just My Account in apps list, should be PM My Account, otherwise no way to tell what it is unless you know the PM logo by heart. When app is opened there is no way to tell that it is PM app until after you log in. There should be a submit claim button on the homepage of app. Has to reload policy info every time you go back to home.

Hello? This app needs help! Can't view ID Cards (never have) - will Not load then freezes & crashes app. There is No place to SEND a message, yet you can view sent messages (umm, what the?). There is No option for customer support - is there customer support? C'mon ... you created the app, now finish.

You really should consider putting a messaging option to communicate with the company and a "cancel policy" on the app. I have been trying to cancel my policy since last month.
