A tad too confusing for me and the supposed tutorial is actually NOT a
tutorial it's just a quick indicator of this app's navigation and lacks
sprites as well. I wanted to like it...

Tried this app, it does appear to scan IV accurately. Beyond that, in app navigation is virtually non-existent, once you select a option there is no apparent way back to the main menu within the app. Very little explanation of the charts, graphs, and icons. The most glaring flaw is no apparent means of accessing the pokemon I scanned. If this were a Pokedex app for game information on each type of pokemon I would rate this much higher, but as an IV scanner to manage my pokemon it fails.
