There are lots of courses preloaded for members for renewal pdus. But once you watch these videos, it doesn't get registered anywhere or the related pdus doesn't get accumulated in your account. This issue needs to be addressed

Well the app offers the ability to log in with LinkedIn or Google, neither work for me. When I try to create a new account with my email, it says already in use. When I try to reset my password for the email, it says to use the LinkedIn option. When I try to get a code via email and momentarily switch to another screen. The app refreshes and removes the screen in which I could enter the code I need from email. For an android app, you have to switch between the email app & the pmi app to get codes

App won't load past the sign-in page. I signed up for 2 courses, and they wouldn't load on a browser, contacted the help desk, and they said they resolved it. Still would not load the courses, so I downloaded the app to see if it was a problem with permissions on my computer but since it never loaded the home page, I am still waiting for a resolution.
