After installing app just doesn't start, crashing each time.

App won't load past the sign-in page. I signed up for 2 courses, and they wouldn't load on a browser, contacted the help desk, and they said they resolved it. Still would not load the courses, so I downloaded the app to see if it was a problem with permissions on my computer but since it never loaded the home page, I am still waiting for a resolution.

Well the app offers the ability to log in with LinkedIn or Google, neither work for me. When I try to create a new account with my email, it says already in use. When I try to reset my password for the email, it says to use the LinkedIn option. When I try to get a code via email and momentarily switch to another screen. The app refreshes and removes the screen in which I could enter the code I need from email. For an android app, you have to switch between the email app & the pmi app to get codes
