Very poorly & inadequately designed app. In iphones we don't have facility to go to previous page. No one responds. The online Tambola game proposed on 04/05/2020 on the app is a very poorly managed show as I found. There is no planning and no communication on how to join the video call.

They organized a game of tambola. They never announced during the game about people claiming. When I won a prize and when I claimed it on WhatsApp as they instructed, they didn't even open my chat window. They opened it more than TWENTY minutes after the game ended. Clearly they were not even checking when people were claiming. Seems to be a fraud trick for marketing. How lame could you get for your marketing... Fooled us and made us sit for an hour. You guys should be punished.
