New UI is smooth and good-looking. Only weird thing is mobile apps can only be used for viewing, opening account, setting up DDA, viewing analytics of funds and top up but no redemption and switching function which requires website. But logging into website need secure sign confirmation on mobile app which means that you will always need 2 devices if you wish to redeem or switch. Hope that they include redemption and switching function to mobile app.

Icon badge (the red dot counter) is not cleared even when all notifications are deleted. Manually clearing app cache doesn't help. Edit: Seems like the cause is Secure sign. Every time I receive a Secure sign the number increases by one and can never clear. Please fix, it's very annoying.

Have no idea why PUBLIC Group always outdated and not follow the tech which have nowadays, this PMO plus app same like PB app very suck. Many functions that should have included in app like what in the website portal. CAN'T DO REDEMPTION, SWITCHING, PERSONAL SETTING. LAST TIME ALSO CAN'T CHECK THE FLOATING TRANSACTION OR PENDING TRANSACTION. AND NOW ONLY "ENCHANTED" AND INCLUDED THE TRANSACTION FUNCTION WITH THIS LATE UPDATE VERSION 😒

Most frustrating experience. Logged online and was told have sent secure sign to PMO plus but when logged into PMO plus was asked to update loan status on PMO online. Back and forward and just not working. Hopeless, and please discontinue PMO plus.
