They removed the option to transfer funds from my checking account to my credit card which is how I always paid my bill and on top of that it stopped generating the notification that a bill was due on my credit card even though they were charging me an interest fee. Making the app less functional for users is an interesting decision.

Works well most of the time, but when really needed the app screws up. Some examples below: 1. Frequent maintenance outages at night. Kind of annoying if you're on the West Coast time zone. 2. Transfers fail in the app constantly which forces me to maintain a backup bank account. 3. Account balances are not visible sometimes. 4. Mobile check deposit does not work most times. Same check deposit works on another bank app. This app is what keeps me from making pnc my primary account.
