Fix press and hold for button mapping. Edit: I tried the FSX preset controller, and I've noticed that when mapping a button for something like camera control or brakes (which requires you to hold the button), the button does not constantly hold down. It's acting as if I'm pressing the button intermittently, so the game reacts as if I'm pressing the button once every second and not as if I'm holding it down. Everything else works perfectly apart from that.
