Simple to use. Would like to be able to add extra categories such as waiting etc. and don't like the delete button being so close to the other buttons

As a basic personal kanban board this is a wonderful app. I will continue to use it for personal projects, and I recommend it. But it doesn't meet my needs as a tool for either monitoring my team or tracking software development work. Two features that would make move this into 5-star category: 1. A Web app that would allow sharing across devices (wirh different operating systems) and users. 2. The ability to add and customize columns, e.g. "blocked" for tasks that can't be completed until a dependant task is done, or "in test" for tasks that have been handed off to QA. Other nice to have features: ability to group tasks into a time period, say a two-week sprint, ability to assign an estimated completion or due date to individual tasks (perhaps color coded to Indicate looming or passed dates).

Real processes usually have more than 2 steps. Only being able to status a task as either "in process" or "done" defeats the point of Kanban. Any Kanban tool should allow you to create columns specific to your process. Otherwise, it's just a glorified to-do list.
