Would you like to make a heating stove with your own hands? Do it professionally!
The program "Masonry DNAS" is an application for those who want to make a heating stove with the optimal engineering and physical calculation of all structural elements. This program is for users of both professional stove makers-constructors and newcomers who want to fold the stove with their own hands.
The program "Masonry DNAS " has several characteristic features that are unique and fundamentally not accessible to any other program or application.
First: -The program "Masonry DNAS " is the only android application that can virtually create a heating stove.
Second: "masonry DNAS " is the only tool in the world that can optimize the ratio of the sides of the heating stove based on the known furnace semi-perimeter. If you have not been determined with the size of the stove semi-perimeter, the program will help in this, having calculated the heat loss of the room.
Three:"Masonry DNAS -Pro" is the only tool in the world that is able to optimize the internal planning of the heating furnace, determining the best location of the channels, pipes and the firebox by extinguishing all the options in this case and compare them by heat transfer factors, heat accumulation and heat reproduction.
Four- "Masonry DNAS " is the only tool in the world that can hold the secondary contours for the shell and the nucleus, and knows how to calculate the feasibility of their completion and the thickness of the additional walls.
The "Fireplaces" section is represented by powerful functionality for the selection of heating stoves with three possible ways. The selection of projects is carried out by the parameters of the room, or on the known perimeter, or on the known size of the parties.
The output format of the program for the section of heating stove is a project where all the characteristics are collected together, there are consumption of all materials, even the smallest details are taken into account, including the consumption of bricks, solutions, thermal insulation, jumpers, doors, etc., sorted elements of masonry on stamps, all dimensions of bricks in cutting, which makes it possible to prepare all the necessary materials before the oven masonry without the need to cut bricks on the facility.
The project has an interactive order where the smallest elements of the masonry are taken into account, when clicking gives comprehensive information about this element. A chapter is also presented with interactive cuts.
The Tools section of the "Mustache DNAS " program is represented by the arches, the portals of the fireplace and the calculation of the heat resistance of the room
The author of the application is an engineer-physicist with 27 years of experience in masonry and furnace design.
