Oh! I so much love this bank app. I ensure I test finance apps before commending or rejecting them. And upon using Pocket App for a year now, I would love to say I enjoy the speed of transactions and notifications I receive with Pocket App. I haven't had any reason to message their customer support...even with the huge amounts I transact with the app, because of the simplicity, swiftness, and safety it built already. For now, I can say I'm not afraid to use it as my savings account platform.

They placed a restriction on my account with no explanation on how to lift it. I have written mails, attempt to chat with agent all to no avail. No response from pocket app. If only God can save me this time from them, I'll just delete it along with that piggy vest

If there were to be zero star ⭐ I would have given this app, if you don't want to frustrated stay away from this app, they placed restriction on my account for not reason, and keep telling me to check my email which I have done countless times and there is nothing in the email, they are not allowing me to send out money from my account, but I can send in money.

It's not secure and customized like opay infact the developers has to make it exactly like opay I can't trust pocket app with my funds, and I can't advise anyone to download it opay is the best the username and the group are not needed, a mobile banking app should make sense, it shouldn't be a place u can view profile and other unnecessary stuffs opay is the best, pocket app doesn't even give interest
