Generally happy with the app. The cloud sync is laggy sometimes but ok... But.... Is there a way to see which book is downloaded on a pocketbook device, and not just on the cloud? (other than going to files, downloads)

Syncing books is a nightmare. Provides 3 ways (Dropbox, Pocketbook Cloud, send to Email Adress). Of these, only Dropbox worked, but not even that consistently. Pocketbook Cloud not even ratable compared to Kindle Sync. Just pure terrible, how is this possible in 2026 to have such a terrible cloud service! Then the send to email, takes 10 min or so until getting a response, so just have to sit there and hope the book appears or get response that didn't work. Overall terrible, want to return reader.

Snagged the reader to have a 3rd reader for multiple books open at once without having to switch books in app, again found another app that while looks good on paper and yes it will allow you to read any format, if you don't read book from start to finish on one sitting you start from scratch every time you open the book, while fine for little children's books useless for advanced reader books especially chapter books, utterly useless for them. Deleting
