★★★★★ This is the first local LLM engine (an offline Chatbot) which really works for me. Take some 3B models (Phi3 or Qwen 2.5) - for the current phones it seems like the optimal solution.
★★★★★ Probably the best Android app to run LLMs locally. I recommend using models up to 1.5B for mid-range phones.
★★★★★ Worsk good, especially with small models - llama models are too slow - smaller models are ok. teh ony problem I see sometimes stuck and need model reload.
★★☆☆☆ Won't load a local GGUF file. Crashes when loading a downloaded model. New phone loading SmolLM2, so it's definitely capable of it.
★★☆☆☆ When can we expect text-to-speech (TTS) option? We would like to choose number of characters generated and model temperature as user needs?
★★☆☆☆ Didn't work for me at all, the models wouldn't finish downloading, so I downloaded phi 3 mini myself from hugging face and the app just crashes when I try to load the model. I don't want to say this completely doesn't work, but it didn't work for me.
