I *almost* love this app. The ability to create manual and auto playlists is awesome. However, this app BURNS through my battery in a way that no other podcast app ever has -- or any app. I have a brand new Samsung Galaxy S23, so it's not a phone issue. I contacted the developer about the battery problem over a week ago but haven't heard back. Update: Battery draining was eventually fixed! No idea how or why, but I'm back to loving this app. One star off because the search function is not great.

It has every feature I wanted! It is a much better experience than listening to podcasts on Spotify. Responsive app, note-taking, episode ratings, create playlists, and more! Update 2025- Still my main podcast app. It saves my queue perfectly and as a backup I can bookmark the spot I left off and save to playlists. I can track exactly which episodes I have listened to. I don't trust Spotify to do the same, and they always clear my queue hours later. No way am I using it for music AND podcasts.

The audio randomly just stops. The track keeps playing, I check my audio outputs, and they're fine the audio is just not coming out of the App anymore. Update to 4 stars. I no longer have the audio stopping randomly, but still do have it randomly going back a random amount of time, and I've tested it, it happens if my phone had BT off and is just playing from the speaker, so it's not like my watch or ear buds are accidentally doing it. Would love a widget

I like using Podurama from my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra smartphone, iPad Pro 11-inch M4 Ultra Retina XDR with Apple Pencil Pro and Mac mini M4 Pro. The one grievance I have is when connecting my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra via Android Auto to head unit in a 2023 Subaru Ascent Limited 7-passenger. First, there is always a lag getting Android Auto to be detected, second, Podurama doesn't show on the head unit inside Android Auto therefore I am unable to listen to podcasts.

Playback issues recently, and then now paywall for 3 downloads a day? Very disappointed I have to switch apps

I recently moved a new phone and newer version of Android. Not sure if that is the reason or if it's just an update to the app, but in any case too many features now require Premium subscription. I can only download 3 podcasts a day (what?), I can't customize skipping the beginning of episodes anymore, and who knows what else. Plus, the little "gift" icon is constantly there in the home screen trying to get me to subscribe to premium - yuck. This used to be an amazing free podcast app.
