I had a lot of issues after the new upgrade. I was finally able to sign in on the website but the old app didn't work anymore. This one works perfectly. No issues.

Same, can't deposit my check, first authentication issues, then it says the mobile app is not available.

This app has been a constant issue. It refuses to load and wants authentication. It may be time to change banks.

This app is the worst app in my phone. The bank is a good bank. But your IT team should be fired. I should not have to constantly uninstall and install just to take a look at my finances and then wait hours to get my verification code to log back in.
