★★★★★ Delivery is awesome as it promises, got my shoes earlier than I expected. But lately as I open my app, I don't see any listing, but instead the app is all authentication and selling... but I want to buy shoes not selling.

★★☆☆☆ I have joined and eligible for cashback promotion. My friend told me this app. We have the same date of authentication. She has authenticated on October 11 upto October 14, I have authenticated on October 13. I also share it at the same date and time . Then October 17 we have received the email about 'Your cashback is on the way' my friend received $35 . Why I have received $15 only? You think its unfair? We have the same date authenticated!!!

★★☆☆☆ I BOUGHT A L SIZE HOODIE AND THE ACTUAL SIZE MEASUREMENTS WERE FOR A MEDIUM SIZE HOODIE. NOW I'm STUCK WITH A BRAND-NEW HOODIE I Can't WEAR BECAUSE THE SLEEVES DON'T EVEN REACH MY WRISTS. GARBAGE AND UNFAIR SERVICE AS THEY WILL NOT EXCHANGE IT. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

★★☆☆☆ They said my shoes were replicas when I first paid them, they said the exterior and the back are the reason why it's not authentic. But I know that they're real, so I paid another $5 to have them check it again; this time, they said it was authentic. I know it could've been how I have taken the photos, but they could've told me to re-take the photos. I won't be using this app again. Better off using the checkchek app.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible experience, my package said out for delivery and was like that for a week and customer service wouldn't give me an update. After 30 days, the package was lost by the carrier and at this point I had yet to receive an update from Customer service. They will not process a refund either. Do not recommend ordering with Poison.
